Lapwing is an Oxfordshire studio working with British grown timber to make furniture and homeware with a clear sense of material and place.
Each piece is made by hand and built for use, from one-off commissions to a small collection that grows over time.
I design and make one-off and limited-edition furniture that sits between art and object. Rooted in natural form, mathematics and engineering, each piece is developed through sketching, prototyping and precise hand-finished joinery to ensure it is both functional and elegant.
